OLYMPIA provides high level performance tests and assessments for those looking to gain a better understanding of their body, track progress, and improve performance.
The Olympia Running Assessment:
In-depth analysis done by our team of Physical Therapists and Performance staff to help you increase running performance, prevent running related injury, and improve overall mechanics for longevity and efficiency when you run!
Isometric & Isokinetic Strength Testing:
Gain a better understanding of the force and power you produce, your muscular imbalances, and potential areas of weakness that are decreasing your performance, causing injury, or putting you at greater risk for injury in the future. This test gives you your raw strength data in Newtons. Currently we are primarily testing the lower body! For spine and upper body inquiries please contact us to arrange!
Vertical Jump & Flight Time:
Did you know that a flight time of 1second is considered flying? We use vertical jump analysis and flight time to help athletes gage their performance of power, improve their vertical jump numbers, and reach higher heights during sport.
2D & 3D Motion Capture Movement Analysis:
We use our motion capture system to evaluate all movements related to sport and daily activity. To name a few cutting, jumping, sprinting, squatting, and change of direction activities. We use this to help you both improve your mechanics and understand how you can move more agile and speedy during sport.
Return to Sport Testing:
For our athletes returning to play from injury, we make sure you are as close to your new 100% as possible! We use specific tests and measures to help ensure you look, feel, and perform confidently as you return to what you love post injury.
